About Holly Pring

When Holly Pring is not helping homeowners with short sales, she’s spending time with her four grandchildren.

Holly lives in Bernardsville although she spent much of her childhood growing up in Short Hills, NJ.

She has been in real estate since 1979 and is a licensed broker in New York  and New Jersey.

She owned a seven-office real estate company in Long Island in the 1980 and 90s and she ran a mortgage company for 14 years as well.

In her early years in New York she was known as “Ms MLS queen.” Her specialty was marketing homes and she did well over 80-90 listings per year.

Upon the sale of the mortgage company she became one of Prudential Long Island managers in the Dix Hills office, where she brought that office from a negative 4% to a positive 25% return in one year.

Then she moved to New Jersey and got her brokers license in 2002.  She managed the Warren Burgdorff office for a year until she merged with Chuck Hendershot at RE/MAX for a year.  Next she opened the Exit Realty office in Harding and ran the administrative department until she partnered officially with Chuck.
