I’m Holly Pring, and with over 30 years in all aspects of the real estate field, I’m able to navigate my way through the “short sales” system in the banking world to get successful results for both sellers and buyers. In fact, I’m Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource Certified.

(As explained in the video above, “Short sales” are when a lender allows a home to be sold for “less” then what is owed to the lender. Real estate agents market the home and it is then sold to a prospective home buyer.)

From the time I raised my own three children, my motto has been “Our Family Helping Yours.”  And my work with homeowners today is built just as much on “it’s all about family.” (I’m also the secretary for the Bernards Lions Club.)

When I’m not working with homeowners, you can often find me “babysitting” my four grandchildren, ranging in ages from infant to college-age.  Having such a wide age range of grandchildren enables me to keep up on the things that children and teens are interested in these days.
